Minor Service interruption due to server failover

This is to notify, after a hardware failure in one of the physical hypervisors, the high availability feature worked as expected and automatically migrated all the affected VMs on the failed node to other nodes. This caused the VMs to get rebooted and the end users to see a minor interruption in the service until the VM booted up again. The maximum downtime for each VMs was reported around 5-8 minutes.
The incident happened at 2019-04-25 18:52.
